I am a Healer - a shamanic practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapist and Family Constellations specialist. I work at the level of the Soul.
I'm here to empower people to unleash their unique light in the world.
Together we surface and solve deeply subconscious emotional blocks, soul wounds and patterns - whether acquired in your own lifetime(s) or inherited via your ancestral/family system - that prevent you from being wholly and fully you.
My work centres around three main modalities that help to restore alignment
between your innermost soul purpose and how you experience yourself in the world:
Soul Healing and Wisdom - through ancient Shamanic practices including soul retrieval, ancestral healing, space clearing and extraction/cord cutting we connect and interact directly with the soul.
Relating to Oursleves and Others - through Constellations we explore the hidden dynamics, trauma and wounds
within a relationship system - a family/ancestral line, a work community or even our own personality facets.
Releasing Emotional Blocks - through EMDR we identify and release trauma created by events in our own lives
and in our ancestral line.
This process is further supported by a toolkit of both coaching and energy healing techniques, including EFT and Emotion Code®, as well as breathwork and other nervous system regulating techniques.

My encounter with Kerstin was purely by chance (or maybe not, who knows ☺️) and yet it was absolutely perfect. I was staying at a lodge in South Africa, and Kerstin was holding a retreat there at the same time. Since I'm very open to everything, I immediately scheduled an initial consultation. Kerstin is very open, friendly, and incredibly personable, and she explained everything she does to me in detail. We arranged an hour-long session for when I was on vacation. I had my session with her during the first few days of my stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Kerstin. She observed what I needed in that moment and addressed what was best for me at that time. She used the EMDR method and identified an issue that I knew existed, but I hadn't realized how significant a part of my life it was. She resolved it, and so much has changed since then. It was exactly the final piece of the puzzle needed to bring about change. Kerstin was very empathetic and explained everything calmly, and she was able to support me when needed. Kerstin is an amazing healer, and I've experienced deep transformations in large part due to the work we've done together. I've done many sessions with her and I'm often amazed at what comes up as she often confirms messages I have been receiving as well. For example, about 15 minutes prior to our second session, I had pulled a card from a deck that was referencing the stone, jade. When she was downloading me on what came up and what was cleared, she shared how I was being surrounded in a jade egg and literally reinforced what I had read on the card. It was wild, and proved to me that she's the real deal! Kerstin has cleared so many blocks, past lifetimes, karma, things that cause me to self-sabotage, etc. using various modalities. I feel very grateful to have her as a resource and support, and recommend her without hesitation.
